Service Description
Make the most of October half term with a MAD Holiday Camp – a full day of hockey, games, challenges and plenty of fun in a positive and welcoming environment. Designed for children of all abilities, our Holiday Camps are about much more than developing hockey skills. Players will stay active, build confidence, make new friends and enjoy being part of the MAD community. Whether they're already hockey-mad or still discovering the game, we'll create an environment where every child can get involved, have fun and thrive. Camp Information 👥 Age: 6-14 years old ⏰ Times: 08:30 - 16:00 🏑 Ability: Open to all abilities – from children newer to hockey through to regular club players. 🎒 What to bring: Hockey stick, shin pads, gumshield, suitable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing. Please also bring plenty of water. 🥪 Food: Please bring a packed lunch and enough snacks for the day. 🏑 Don't have a stick? Let us know in advance and we can provide one for the day. What to Expect Expect plenty of hockey, games, challenges and opportunities to make new friends – all delivered by the MAD coaching team in a fun, supportive environment. Come for the hockey. Stay for the fun. Leave with new friends, new confidence and great memories.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: - All bookings must be made online through our official registration portal. - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. - Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with camp details. - Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation & Refund Policy: - Cancellations made 14+ days before the camp start date: Eligible for a full refund minus a small administrative fee. - Cancellations made between 7-13 days before the camp start date: Eligible for a 50% refund. - Cancellations made less than 7 days before the camp start date: No refunds will be issued, except in cases of injury (see below). - Injury or Medical Cancellation: If a player is unable to attend due to injury or illness, a doctor’s note is required for a credit towards a future camp. - No-Show Policy: If a player does not attend without prior notice, no refund or credit will be given. Waiting List Policy: - If the camp reaches full capacity, a waiting list will be opened. - Players on the waiting list will be notified via email if a spot becomes available. - Available spots will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis and must be accepted within 24 hours of notification. - No payment is required to join the waiting list. However, once a spot is offered and accepted, full payment must be made immediately to confirm the booking.
