The MAD Performance Academy is our flagship player development programme for ambitious U13 and U15 hockey players.

Delivered across four Performance Development Evenings, the Academy combines expert hockey coaching with strength and conditioning, player mentoring and individual development tracking to help players accelerate their progress throughout the season.

Designed to complement club hockey rather than replace it, players receive specialist coaching, personalised feedback and practical challenges to take back into their own training and matches. The Academy creates an environment where players are supported, challenged and encouraged to think more deeply about their own development.
